Work Assistant (w/d/m)
I work for an outpatient nursing service in Bielefeld in the marketing/public relations department and am responsible for coordinating travel for people with disabilities.
The varied work includes helping to write documents, making phone calls, preparing seminars, co-presenting seminars (you'll be my voice!), doing research online, creating social media content, designing websites, developing concepts, and more. So, you'll need to be comfortable using a computer, especially Office, and be able to express yourself well in writing and speaking. You should also be able to type quickly and accurately.
In addition to office tasks, my job also involves external appointments to check vacation destinations for accessibility. This may require business trips of approximately 2 to 3 days (block shifts) by prior arrangement. You therefore need a class B/III driver's license and, for insurance reasons, at least 2 years of driving experience. As customer contact plays an important role, a friendly and professional manner is essential in my field of work. To communicate successfully with customers, you must have good verbal and written communication skills and a well-groomed appearance.
In addition to the above requirements, my disability means that you will be required to perform light nursing duties. No prior training is necessary, but you must be willing and open to taking on nursing tasks after individual training. Transfers, e.g., from a wheelchair to a sofa, into a car, to the toilet, or into bed, are carried out using a specific technique that enables even petite individuals to move a person of average male weight. You will not be required to carry me.
