Job description (f/m/d)
I am an active and upbeat wheelchair user and am regularly looking for dedicated employees to support me in my everyday life, on my travels, and in my professional activities. The workplace is easily accessible by public transportation and is about a 10-minute walk from Bielefeld Central Station. In order to tailor this support to my circumstances, there are various assistance options listed below.
Currently, 25 to a maximum of 115 hours per month are available in the following areas. The hours are available as mini-jobs, midi-jobs, or part-time positions (see below for further details).
Depending on your skills and availability, you will work early, late, and/or night shifts and weekends (maximum 1 to 2 times per month on weekends). Shift times cannot be changed.
- Early shift:
Mon. to Fri. 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Sat. 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sun. 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Late shift:
Mon. to Fri. 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (the following day)
Sat 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. (the following day)
The areas of responsibility are divided as described in the following links
Your shifts are assigned each month based on a clearly organized and pre-arranged schedule. You will have the opportunity to help shape the framework plan which makes working for me easily combinable with a full-time job or university.
To ensure that my everyday life is varied and runs smoothly, I rely on a team of individuals with a wide range of strengths and talents. True to the motto “Only opposites make a strong team,” you'll find in my team...
...young and older employees—some with a passion for cooking, others for shopping or outdoor activities. From sports enthusiasts to clubbers, from family people to eternal bachelors, from intuitive to highly organized individuals, from artists and craftspeople to students of computer science or social pedagogy. From swimmers, cyclists, motorcyclists, and bookworms to passionate filmmakers and divers. From CenterPark regulars to individual travelers who can't get far enough away from it all. From active early risers to notorious sleepyheads who don't really wake up until noon but then really come alive in the evening. We also offer a queer-friendly environment and welcome everyone who belongs to the LGBTQ+ community. In general, we welcome every individual who is special in their own way to our team. With more color, we also bring more joy and variety to our everyday life together.
If you are concerned that mobilizing an adult might be physically demanding, I can reassure you it´s not. We have colleagues of all ages and sizes, some petite and some strong, who are all very good at handling the work.
You should meet the following general requirements:
- Motivation and self-reliance, reliability and punctuality
- Openness to new and different tasks and situations

- A class B/class III driver's license (car). For insurance reasons, at least 2 years of driving experience and be at least 22 years old (you do not need to own a car).
- Average physical fitness. You don´t need to be able to lift me, stabilization is sufficient. You will be introduced to certain techniques that enable even petite individuals to mobilize a person of average weight and build.
- Mental resilience
I require assistance with personal hygiene in each of the areas of work described above. You do not need any previous experience or training, just an openness to this area of work. I will, of course, provide you with training and guidance.
